Interactive callback scheduling After the live-answer message, ask if now is a good time and offer to schedule a callback (1/2/3/5 hours or tomorrow). Applies to live/screening answers, not voicemail.

Screening: announce identity, then wait for a human When Apple/Google/automated screening is detected, speak the identity line below (the "name and reason" the screener asks for), then wait for a human to pick up or the call to reach voicemail — instead of playing the full message to the screener.

Twilio only allows a caller ID that is a number you own or have verified. "Originally dialed number" may be rejected/overridden unless that number is verified on your account.
